Hello, friend!

For Huawei ONTs with Wi-Fi functions, perform the following steps:

1. Check whether the target network is the ONT's Wi-Fi network. The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password of the ONT are displayed on its nameplate.

HUAWEI ONT

2. Check whether the Wi-Fi name (SSID) or password of the ONT has been changed. If yes, use the new SSID and password for Wi-Fi connection.

3. Check whether MAC address filtering is configured. Specifically, log in to the ONT web page (with reference to section 3.1). Navigate to Security >WLAN MAC Filter Configuration and query whether the MAC address has been blacklisted. A device with a blacklisted MAC address cannot be connected to the network.

HUAWEI ONT

Note:

For some ONTs, the navigation path for configuring MAC addresses filtering is Advanced Configuration > Security Configuration > Wi-Fi MAC Address Filtering.

Thanks!
