Symptom

A remote site cannot be viewed at your site.

Solution

Table 1 describes the possible causes and solutions.

Possible Cause	Solution
Another site is being broadcast in the conference.	At the chair site, access the touch panel home screen. Tap the broadcast site. Tap Stop Broadcasting.
Another site is given the floor during the conference.	At the chair site, access the touch panel home screen. Tap the site that has been given the floor. Tap Discussion.
The Voice Activation Switching by Speaker or Voice Activation Switching by Site function is enabled.	At the chair site, access the touch panel home screen. Tap More > Stop Voice Activation Switching by Speaker or More > Stop Voice Activation Switching by Site.
