Check whether the issue is caused by packet loss: From the remote controlled UI, choose Diagnostics > Status > Call Status. If the value of Presentation packet loss rate is not 0, packet loss occurs, which may cause video stutter. In this case, contact the videoconferencing system administrator.
If the value of Presentation packet loss rate is 0, start a local loopback test: From the remote controlled UI, choose Diagnostics > Loopback Test > Local > Local Video Loopback. Check whether video encoding and decoding works properly. If any exception occurs, contact the videoconferencing system administrator.
Verify the conference settings: From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Conference and set Presentation resolution to Smooth.
Increase the refresh rate for the presentation output: From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Video > Video Output and increase the value of Refresh rate.
