What can I do if the endpoint fails to receive presentations in a multipoint conference?

Question
In a multipoint conference, the chair shares a presentation. Other endpoints receive the presentation, but the local endpoint does not. What can I do?
Answer
Use one of the following methods to solve this issue:
Ensure that the versions of the endpoints used at the local and chair sites are the same.
Enable the presentation port as follows: From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Conference and select Enable H.239.
If the endpoint fails to receive presentations only in multipoint conferences, lower the conference presentation capacity. For example, if the multipoint conference is initiated using SiteCall, on the calling endpoint's remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Conference and lower the value of H.239 video resolution based on your settings of H.239 video protocol.
