1. Check that the issue is not caused by hardware movement. For example, check that the camera is not shaking.
2. Connect the camera directly to the monitor. If there is no flicker, the camera is working properly, so the endpoint must be faulty. Contact the videoconferencing system administrator and ask them to repair the endpoint. If the issue persists, send the camera to the reseller for repair.
