Symptom

Your site cannot share a presentation.

Solution

1. Possible cause 1: The presentation sharing right is locked, please resolved as below.

   Ask the chair site to unlock the presentation sharing right.
   

2. Possible cause 2: The conference does not support the resolution of the presentation source, please resolved as below.

   Change the resolution of the presentation source.
   

3. Possible cause 3: Another site is sharing a presentation, please resolved as below.

   Contact the site to stop presentation sharing.
