This topic describes the solution to upgrade fails.

Question

What Can I Do If an Endpoint Upgrade Fails?

Answer

The "upgrade key is wrong" message indicates that the upgrade password is incorrect.

Upgrade the endpoint again and make sure you enter the correct upgrade password. The default upgrade password is viewpoint9000.
