The video settings are incorrect, causing the endpoint to fail to detect SD signals.

Log in to the endpoint web interface. Choose Device Control > Device Control > Video Control > Video Input Source. Set Presentation Source to an SD video source. Then, you can select Local presentation in the video preview area to display the SD video source as the local presentation.

If you want to display the SD video source as the local video: After you perform the preceding operations, you can set Presentation Source to a non-SD video source and Video Source to an SD video source. Then, you can select the local video in the video preview area.
