You can only run either the tunnel select-seq command or the tunnel binding command for a tunnel policy. That is, the two commands cannot be used together.

The tunnel select-seq command is used to set the priorities of tunnels that work in load balancing mode. The closer the tunnel type is to the keyword select-seq, the higher the priority is. In addition, only the tunnel types configured through the tunnel select-seq command can be selected. If n tunnels are configured to work in load balancing mode through the tunnel select-seq command, n available tunnels are selected in descending order of the priority.
The tunnel binding command can only be used to bind MPLS TE tunnels. If the given destination IP address is directed to a TE tunnel through the tunnel binding command, HUAWEI NetEngine5000E supports the down switch function of the TE tunnel through configuration. That is, if the bound TE tunnel is down, other types of tunnels can be selected in the sequence of LSP and CR-LSP. In the same tunnel policy, you can specify different destination IP addresses directed to the TE tunnels by using the tunnel binding command.
Appendix: Tunnel Selection Principles Adopted by Tunnel Policies

Configure a select-sequence tunnel policy.

Example:

#
tunnel-policy p1
tunnel select-seq cr-lsp lsp load-balance-number 6
#The following bound CR-LSPs cannot be selected.

#
interface Tunnel5/0/0
ip address unnumbered interface LoopBack0
tunnel-protocol mpls te
destination 2.2.2.9
mpls te tunnel-id 2
mpls te reserved-for-binding
#Configure tunnels by using the tunnel binding command.

Example

#
tunnel-policy p1
tunnel binding destination 2.2.2.9 te Tunnel5/0/0
#The CR-LSPs of the non-binding type cannot be selected. If the down switch function is enabled for the tunnels of the binding type and the CR-LSP tunnel of the binding type goes Down, other types of tunnels can be selected in the sequence of LSP and CR-LSP.

If we use tunnel select-seq for load-balance tunnel . So for the data go via this balance tunnel will divide per flow or per packet ? Thanks for your answer in advance.

My guess - per flow.
I know that IP routing load balancing is performed by default per flow in NE series. Not sure for MPLS TE tunnels if the behavior is the same.

This is something I'd like to know too. Per flow or per packet is the load balance mode when there is more than one CR LSP to the same destination?

And more, if the CR LSP tunnels have different bandwidths, load balance will take it into account?
