The possible cause is that the digitmap matching mode is the maximum matching mode. You need to modify the long timer length as follows:

If the system is in SIP mode, run the config command to enter global configuration mode, run the interface sip command to enter SIP mode, and then run the digitmap-timer long command to modify the long timer length.
If the system is in H.248 mode, run the config command to enter global configuration mode, run the interface h248 command to enter H.248 mode, and then run the digitmap-timer long command to modify the long timer length.
