2. Precautions
Check whether the customer data has backup and backup controller configuration information, such as the owning controller of the LUN.
Check whether the upgrade time and services can be tolerated and whether the upgrade can be performed during off-peak hours.
Prepare the upgrade reference documents, upgrade tool ssh/ftp/toolkit, and upgrade package.
Check whether the current controller version supports online upgrade to the target version.
Perform preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) on devices to rectify faults and ensure that other hardware is normal.

3. The upgrade process is as follows:
Upgrade the UltraPath software first.
Upgrade the standby controller, and then upgrade the main control board.
Before the standby controller is upgraded, the LUN information of the standby controller is transferred to the main control board.
At the same time, the system automatically checks the disk firmware information and performs the upgrade together.
