What are the functions of TR-069?
1.Automatic configuration and dynamic service provisioning
The network administrator modifies the
parameters of the CPE through the ACS, resets the CPE, and restores the factory
settings of the CPE.
Based on operation requirements, add or
delete objects and parameters to provision or terminate services. Users or
technical support personnel do not need to do any operation. The servicedeployment can
be implementautomatically.
2.Software/Firmware image management
The ACS sends a Download/Upload request
to tell the CPE
to download or upload a new imgae or configuration
file. In addition, the downloadrequest
initiated by the CPEis
also supported.
3.Status and performance monitoring
By querying the running parameters of the
CPE, the ACS can monitor the running status and performance of the
CPE in real time.
4.Diagnosis
The ACS triggers the CPE to perform
various diagnosis tests, such as ping and loopback, by setting certain
parameters of the CPE.
