The functions of the tunnel policy are as follows:

You can specify the number of tunnels carrying out load balancing when configuring a tunnel policy.
You can select the tunnels to be bound during the tunnel policy configuration.
You can assign priorities for different types of tunnels during the tunnel policy configuration. Then, tunnels can be selected based on the priority.
