What are the differences between the traffic policy applied to the VLAN and the VLANIF interface?

Hi Sprout,
If a traffic policy applied to the VLANIF interface, the traffic policy takes effect only for packets forwarded at Layer 3, and if a traffic policy applied to a VLAN, it takes effect for packets forwarded at Layer 2 and Layer 3.

If a traffic policy applied to the VLANIF interface, the traffic policy takes effect only for packets forwarded at Layer 3, and if a traffic policy applied to a VLAN, it takes effect for packets forwarded at Layer 2 and Layer 3.
