Single virtualization scenarios:
Single virtualization scenario is suitable for the application scenario where enterprises only use Fusion Computer as a unified operation and maintenance management platform to operate and maintain the whole system. It includes resource monitoring, resource management, system management and so on.
Fusion Computer is mainly responsible for virtualization of hardware resources and centralized management of virtual resources, business resources and user resources. It uses virtual computing, virtual storage, virtual network and other technologies to complete the virtualization of computing resources, storage resources and network resources. At the same time, through a unified interface, centralized scheduling and management of these virtual resources can reduce the operation cost of the business and ensure the security and reliability of the system.
Multiple virtualization scenarios:
Multiple virtualization scenarios are suitable for enterprises with multiple sets of virtualization environments that need to be managed in a unified way. Multiple virtualization scenarios provide the following main functions:
Unified management and maintenance: support access to Fusion Computer and VMware virtualization environment at the same time, manage and maintain resources and services of multi-virtualization environment.
Unified monitoring and alarm: Supports unified access, monitoring and management of alarms for multiple virtualized environments and multiple physical devices.
Private Cloud Scenario: Private Cloud Scenario is suitable for enterprises which need to manage virtual resources and business separately. When issuing business, administrators and tenants respectively complete different tasks, and jointly complete the issuance of business. When managing resources, administrators can manage all the resources of the system; tenants can only manage the resources of their VDC.
Private cloud scenarios can also be divided into multi-tenant shared VPC scenarios and multi-tenant private VPC scenarios according to different actual use needs.
Multi-tenant shared VPC scenario
In this scenario, administrators distribute virtual resources to tenants through VDC when issuing business. The tenant can use the network created by the administrator in the shared VPC when creating a virtual machine or application instance in the tenant view. If the administrator is added to the VDC when creating the VDC, the administrator can complete all tasks by one person in different views. This scenario applies to the following situations:
Enterprise departments need to manage their own virtual resources (including virtual machines, disks, etc.) and business in addition to the network.
The network in the enterprise is planned and maintained by administrators. All departments of the enterprise use the network created by administrators.
Multi-tenant Private VPC Scenario
In this scenario, administrators distribute virtual resources to tenants through VDC when issuing business. In the tenant view, the tenant creates VPC, network, virtual machine or application instance by himself. When there is a shared network requirement at the same time, a shared VPC can be created by an administrator for all tenants to use. If the administrator is added to the VDC when creating the VDC, the administrator can complete all tasks by one person in different views.
This scenario applies to the following situations:
Enterprise departments need to manage virtual resources (including network, virtual machine, disk, etc.) and business separately.
The network of each department of an enterprise is isolated from each other, and each department plans, creates and maintains its own network. This post was last edited by Jin_daydayup at 2018-11-30 01:33.
