This topic describes the forced release, barge, forced replacement for softconsole V2R1.

Solution

• Forced release: Allows you (as an attendant) to forcibly disconnect an ongoing call of a user if this user is not allowed to place calls or due to other reasons

  
  

• Barge: Allows you (as an attendant) to barge into a call between two enterprises users or between an enterprise user and an external user, and start a three-way call.

  
  

• Forced replacement: Allows you (as an attendant) to forcibly substitute for an enterprise user who is engaged in an ongoing call and talk with the other party. The enterprise user is automatically disconnected from the call.

NOTE

The objects of forced release, barge, and forced replacement operations are limited to enterprise users.
