CES supports three alarm statuses: Alarm, OK, and Insufficient data.

If an alarm rule is disabled, its alarm status is considered as invalid, and two dashes (--) are displayed.
Insufficient data indicates that there is no monitoring data generated within the latest monitoring period. Usually, it is caused by the deletion or abnormal status of service instances.
