Hi,

I'm fresh user in OSN world. I would like to upgrade firmware on OSN 1800V.
I logged on to WebLCT, connect to device, log in to device. Device is "fresh" from the box.
I click on DC icon, it appear dialog box. I enter passwords for user "szhw" and "root" -> click OK and nothing happen.
What I do wrong?
