Web service disconnection constantly

Hi all,

We use the web UI to monitor the basic status of the USG6620, However, the web service disconnections constantly ( web service timeout message is displayed always). How can I solve the problem?

Hello,

The default timeout period is 10 minutes.

You can Longer the web service timeout using the the web-manager timeout command

Or change the value on the web UI.

1. Choose System > Administrator > Service Settings.

2. Enter a timeout period in Web Service Timeout.

3. Click Apply.
