LCT and Web LCT only support local PC users, not remote users. Compared with U2000, it has much less functions.

Other posters are on the right track. 127.0.0.1 is completely arbitrary, and there's nothing per-se that's special about it. However, just changing your hosts file won't really do it. For most Unix(ish) systems, it's also assigned to a loopback interface. If you want to use 127.0.0.4, you'll also need to configure that address on the loopback interface.

The problem happens when accessing it over another pc on network.

hello,
1-Make sure that the Ip address you use is in the same network segment.
2-Restart your Network card from your PC.
