plz follow below steps

1-Be sure that you installed JAVA SW

2-Check WEB LCT source and be sure that folder "JRE" exists in the path

3-If the problem still exists try to get another WEB LCT SW source and preferred to be compressed file

4-If the problem still then you have to reinstall a new OS .

note that it is not allowed to send u any Huawei SW without verification

I have the same problem too in here in open WebLCT R20 version

Hi, dear!

You can do as follows to get the JRE, then try again.

1. Log in to and download the JRE installation package.

2. Use the PGP verification software to verify the correctness of the installation package.

3. Decompress the installation package to the local PC and save it to the file directory of the Web LCT.
