Hi,

I've got this bug after upgrading the web interface to AC200R010C00SPC700.008.web.7z.

Basically, when I click on the name of the AP, the display will show this error. I think the AP name is not propagated to the call.

Also, generally, how do we report bugs? Through TAC?

@louischua hello,
I checked the documentation, it seems that only the version V200R010 or later support the command display ap led. So I would like to suggest you check the version of the AP.
If the AP version is V200R010 or later, please provide the AP version and model, AC version and model. We'll confirm that with R&D guys.
By the way, you can report the bugs or suggestions through both the forum and TAC, we all will support your requirements.
Thanks.

I'm using AC6605-26-PWR, AD9431DN-24X and R230D.
I've installed the patch AC200R010C00SPC700.008.web.7z over AC200R010C00SPC700.001.web.7z.
This feature used to work in 001 but broke after I installed 008.

Also, when I was checking documentation, I saw AC200R019. How do we manage different R versions? I saw that both R010 and R019 have concurrent releases in the same timeframe. I continue with R010 because that is the existing version that  was used in the AC, but wonder if/when I should update to R019?

Commonly, the number of R version represent the time sequence of the corresponding version first released date. For example, R019 released later than R010, and most of the features and functions are the same for the different R version.

If you want to upgrade to R019, you can download the firmware from AC6000, as the picture below shows,

You can find the upgrade guide and release note at the bottom of the download page. These files will detailed list the improvement of the version.

I see.
My question is which version should we use? Is there a suggested upgrade path? Do we keep to R010 or should we upgrade to R019? Also, why are all the documents locked?
By the way, could you please provide the AC firmware version and AP firmware version?
