Web Configuration Page Cannot be Accessed

Please confirm whether it is a product provided by ISP, if yes, please contact your ISP. If not, maybe the ONT IP was changed by someone or other systems. 

May the TR069 server (or another server) changed the ONT default IP address, or someone changed it manually .when you connect the PC to the ONT, set the PC IP mode as Automatic acquisition mode, check if the IP can get IP address from the ONT, if can, open the browser and input the gateway IP address to login the ONT ;

If the customer using ONT service auto server deploy, when the ONT connect the fiber, service will configure automatically, the management server may change the ONT configurations, to prevent the ONT changed, please remove the fiber and restore the ONT to factory settings and  test :

Press the button for a short time to reset the device; press the button for a long time (longer than 10s) to restore the device to the default settings and reset the device.

Do not reset Huawei ONTs randomly. Otherwise, the ONTs may fail to access the Internet. If an ONT cannot access the Internet after a reset, contact your Internet service provider.
