first you have to check the version of espace8950 because for security reasons all the version starting from C30 and after dont support it ( V200R003C30 ++ )

secondly if you found that version is V200R003C00 and still dont find it try using factory reset

finally this is the recommended version which support it V200R003C30SPCr00 and i tested it in lab
