Dear Joca!

You try the following account password again:

  • Default Account Username: Epuser

  • Default Account Password: userEp

  • Default Account Interface: 192.168.18.1

Please check whether your device is provided by the ISP. If so, then the default account password has been changed. Please contact your ISP or device provider to obtain the correct password.

good luck!
