The main causes of signal attenuation are metal objects, walls(especially load-bearing ones), and large furniture or appliances.
You can perform the following operations:
1. Check whether there are metal objects around the ONT that block Wi-Fi signals.
2. If there is no metal object, you can restart the ONT by pressing the power button.
Note: Restart the ONT within 1s. Press and hold the key for 10s to reset the ONT.
3. This problem also occurs when the ONT is powered on for a long time. In this case, you can remove the cable connected to the ONT, and then connect the cable to the ONT several hours later to start the ONT.
4. In addition, the ONT hardware may be faulty. In this case, you need to contact the device vendor for detection.
