We saw there is a big network delay between MCU and IP Phone, while in fact we didn`t encounter issues, how to solve it?

【Issue Description】

There is a big network delay between MCU and IP Phone, while in fact we didn`t encounter issues

【Issue Analysis】

1. We test the customer`s services, we found there is no issues and the packets are sent and received normally.

2. But in the SMC nlog, we found there is a big network delay, we can see below.

   

   the version of MCU is V500R002C00SPCk00, the IP Phone is V200R003C00SPCE00B011

3. we test the same in the lab, we found that there is no network delay in fact while in the nlog it shows network delay.

4. So we confirm this issue is sw bug, we release a new version which case solved this issue MCU V500R002C00SPCq00.
