The post describes how to deal with call baring using U1911.
Problem description
The customer reported that whenever he dialled his mobile number, he hears this voice message from his Huawei IP phone registered under U1911 "sorry, you are not allowed to make this call. Please contact your system administrator for assistance". We have had to use the user right level.
Solution
We checked the prefix, he use 0 prefix with international rights.

Then checked the outgoing call rights for the extension he is using and we found that he is giving the rights for inter and local only while his outgoing prefix is on international option, so we have to enable the international rights to match with the outgoing prefix.
