Hello everyone! I have a question ,why slave subrack got offline after new node connected to network? Regards,

Dear User,
The communication between subracks is abnormal because the network cable of the COM port is incorrectly connected.
Suggestions:
In case of inter-subrack communication problems, it is recommended that you try to query the device. In particular, it is determined that no other abnormal connection exists in the subrack.

Dear friend! 

If the NE is a GNE, ensure that the NMS server is properly connected to the GNE. If the NE is a non-gateway NE, please check whether the NE ID is duplicate.
