Hi, dear!

When I configure the alarm service on the C/S client, and test an alarm. I can receive the alarm.

But that is not enough.

What I want is when the alarm is appear, a pop-up window is displayed.

Whether there has this function?

VCN alarm pop-up

you should configure it, then the alarm can be pop-up.

Steps:

Log in to the C/S client as admin.
Click Alarm Parameter tab.
Select Display alarm tip option and set the alarm type or severity.
Set Alarm Notification mode to One-off.
To change the alarm type or severity, click Edit.
After configured, click Save.
