There are many factors affecting the microwave transmission distance, the main influencing factors are: 

• space loss;

• antenna gain;

• feed line loss;

• transmit power;

• receive sensitivity.

You mentioned fewer conditions, so I cannot calculate whether the transmission distance can reach 75KM.
