The upe-upe mac-withdraw enable command configures an NPE to forward the LDP MAC Withdraw messages received from a UPE to other UPEs.
The undo upe-upe mac-withdraw enable command disables an NPE from forwarding the LDP MAC Withdraw messages received from a UPE to other UPEs.
By default, an NPE does not forward the LDP MAC Withdraw messages received from a UPE to other UPEs.

Thanks for update. Please refer the image, my query is I don't want to learn device 1's MAC on device 2 vsi-MGMT. and don't want to learn device 3's MAC on device 4 vsi-MGMT. Also the same as in between A and B. Only device Z must learn all the MAC's from device 1, 2, 3, 4.
So what additional command should i use on vsi when adding peer?
