Problem Description: VPM220W Echo/Noise problem
Problem Analysis:
1) Is the VPM220W put too near another microphone, it could also be microphone from phone, laptop that join the same conference.
2) Conference room environment cound be one of the impact too. If conference room size is too small may cause the voice reflection.
3) Is the Conference Room speaker sound is too loud, may cause the echo issue as well.
Suggested resolution:
1) Do not put too near with another microphone
2) Do not Put the Microphone near the laptop fan exhaust area
3) Lower the speaker volume
4) use command to reduce the sensitivity of the microphone.
