we have the same problem and i try to contacting customer support then they give me this not helping steps how disappointing
Voice over LTE (VoLTE) allows you to access the Internet during a call.
VoLTE is available when:
Your phone supports VoLTE + your carrier supports VoLTE + the call recipient also use VoLTE enabled device + in a location with VoLTE network coverage.
To check whether your phone supports VoLTE, type in "your phone model VoLTE", e.g. P40 VoLTE.
To enable VoLTE, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Settings > Mobile network > Mobile data.
2. Turn on Mobile data and VoLTE HD calls.
Note that only the default mobile data SIM supports VoLTE.
