I'm experiencing a problem with busy tone, which occurs is that when the user is on connection and the line is busy the ONT does not send the busy signal to the server.
Usually this problem is associated with the limit of incoming concurrent calls and also disable busy forward in the end points, but I do not find this parameter in the ONT.
