VoIP Problem with HG8245

Dear support,


We are trying to use the SIP service with the ONT router Huawei HG8245.

We have a problem with establishing a connection between our ONT router and a VoIP server. We can see that the connection is being established but we can not hear anything in both directions.


I have attached files with my settings.

Maybe you have some idea about that?


PS.
I have found some advice on your site but they do not work for me.

Hello, friend!


Because the HG8245 has reached EOS, The HG8245 may not support the existing configuration.  You can find a solution from the device provider.


VoIP Basic Configuration - SIP Protocol

In the navigation tree on the left, choose Voice > VoIP Basic Configuration. In the pane on the right, parameters of a VoIP interface can be configured, including the IP addresses of the primary server and secondary server, and digit map.

Check the registration status of the voice user.

If the voice user fails to register, ping the IP address of the media gateway on the ONT. If the IP address of the media gateway can be pinged, the upstream voice channel is normal. Check whether the configuration parameters on the ONT are correct.

Thank you for your advice.
The router connected to the provider server but I can not hear anything there.


I think that there should be some simple option to fix that. I suspect that the problem with AGL in router or something like that. I need to make it work some how, please help me.

Sorry. The HG8245 has been on the market for a long time. Therefore, the product announcement has announced the end of service (EOS) and technical support for the HG8245.
