We
suggest our customer to capture the packets under normal and abnormal
scenarios.
From
the normal packets, we can see RTP stream use the negotiated codec (G729) during
bidirectional connections when connection is normal.
But
for the issue connection, we found an abnormal point. this abnormal RTP stream
(with G721 codec, not the negotiated G729) trigger our IP Phone lost
voice.

we
explain this exception to our customer, and suggest them to check this from
their network. and customer accept this opinion at last.
