Please attention, the announcement file must meet the following requirements:

  • The announcement file must be in .wav format.

  • The announcement file must use the A-law encoding mode.

  • The announcement file must be of mono-channel.

  • The file must also meet the sampling requirements of 8 kHz sampling, 8 bit quantification, and rate of 8 KB/s.

  • The file size cannot exceed 15 MB.
