You could run the voice-port command.

This command is used to set the start value for the UDP port ID used in the voice service in the system. After this command is executed successfully, the configured value takes effect only after it is saved to the database and the system is reset. The setting change affects services on the device. Therefore, run this command on the device when no service is configured.

About the port-value

Numeral type. Range: 55000-63000. The port ID must be a multiple of 4.

Default value: 57636.

1. The number of voice users/ports on a plug-in card depends on the number of voice boards and the number of POTS ports on the voice boards.
For example, The MA5616 has four service slots. If all service slots are inserted with 64-channel POTS service boards, the MA5616 supports a maximum of 256 (64 x 4) POTS users/ports.

2. The number of voice users supported by a non-plug-in card varies depending on the hardware configuration. For example, MA5620 devices support 8, 16, and 24 POTS users respectively (that is, the MA5620 supports a maximum of 24 phones).
