VMware VMs VPU and HRU are reset repeatedly and fail to start up

In the VMware+COTS scenario, the processes of VPU and HRU VMs restart repeatedly and cannot start up.

Modifications have been made in VMware ESXi 5.5. As a result, port startup fails and the initialization duration exceeds 180s, leading to VM process reset.

To resolve this issue, install ESXi 5.5 Express Patch 08 of the VMware.

Go to https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/patch and download ESXi5.5 Express Patch 08.
Install ESXi5.5 Express Patch 08 by referring to the case in https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2136932.
