Involved Product: FusionCompute 6.5.1

Guest OS: SUSE 12 SP1

[Handling Process]

According to the screenshot, the actual guest OS was SUSE 12 SP1 Linux, however he didn't find Linux vmtool package when he mount the vmtool iso file, so wesupposed perhaps he chose the wrong OS type on FusionCompute portal.

[Root Cause]

End user chose wrong OS type in meta data of VMS, actual guest OS was SUSE 12 SP1, current OS type he selected was Windows Server2012 r2.

[Solution]

We have advised him to correct the OS type on FusionCompute portal.for example.
