How to change the VM IP?

Hello!

Please refer to the following steps:

Checking the MAC binding status of a computer

1. Log in to FusionAccess Web Client as an administrator.

2. On FusionAccess, choose Resources > Desktops > Computers.

3. Click serchin the header row, select How IP Address Obtained and MAC Binding, and click OK.

Check the two options of each computer.

4. Check whether MAC Binding of the target computer is Disabled.

If no, go to Step 5.

If yes, go to Step 9.

Disabling MAC binding

5. In the computer list, select the target computer, and choose Operation > Change > Modify Computer IP.

The Modify Computer IP dialog box is displayed.

6. Deselect MAC Binding in the list and click OK.

7. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.

8. In the Prompt dialog box, click OK. The MAC address of the computer is unbound.

Changing the IP address locally

9. Notify the user to manually change the computer IP address locally as an administrator.

Synchronizing the IP address

10. In the computer list, select the target computer, and choose Operation > Change > Modify Computer IP.

The Modify Computer IP dialog box is displayed.

11. Select IP Synchronization in the list and click OK.

12. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.

13. In the Prompt dialog box, click OK.

14. In the computer list, select the computer whose IP address has been changed, and choose Operation > Change > Modify Computer IP.

The Modify Computer IP dialog box is displayed.

15. Select MAC Binding in the list and click OK.

16. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.

17. In the Prompt dialog box, click OK. The MAC address of the computer is bound.
