Issue Description
The default browser on Window XP is Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. After a user opens the WI, the VM icon is displayed with white block background.

Upgrade the Internet Explorer. Windows Internet Explorer 8 and later versions are recommended.
Root Cause
The Internet Explorer 6 does not meet the WI specifications. Currently, the WI supports the Windows Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, and 11
Suggestions
The WI supports the Windows Internet Explorer 8 and later, and Firefox browser 14. Currently, the chrome browser is not supported.
