Vlanif interface remain down

Hi guys. I have a problem. I've created vlanif 20 interface on huawei AR651F-Lite router and assigned to it an ip address. Then on its layer 2 port I enabled voice-vlan 20 and after that plugged to that port an ip phone. But my vlanif 20 interface remains down. What's the problem here?

Here the config applied to the router

interface Vlanif20

ip address 10.0.100.20 255.255.252.0

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0

voice-vlan 20 enable

 Previous: I have one problem in Switch configuration ..when i run OSPF on switch in ENSP then route not share to other switch....any one here for help..THANKS

Next: swicth does not see the mac address of any device


