Vlan Configuration process for S5720

I have two huawei S5720 and would like to configure Vlans on both. Please assist me set them up. Thank you

Thank you very much for your help. I have another issue: after i setup the login credential, the management ip and the vlans the setup is disappearing after restart.
Please advise

Hi,
After configuring the command, run the save command to save the configuration. Otherwise, the command disappears after the device is restarted.
