Virtual Board and Ports function in OSN 8800

Hello,

My query is if i create two virtual client boards (for example TTX) and draw Signal flow from one virtual port to another, will it work the same as real-life physical port connection?

Dear friend!

Even if you can create logical fibers on NE2 and NE3, However, when creating a service trail, you need to issue the command on the NMS to the NE. In this case, the command fails to be issued.

There are two implementation modes:

1. Create a wavelength from NE1-NE2-NE3-NE4 to form an OCh trail.

2. Create a wavelength between adjacent sites. Then, the cross-connect boards of NE2 and NE3 forward ODUk signals to form an ODUk trail from NE1 to NE4.

Dear friend!
After you add a virtual board, the configured services cannot be delivered to the NE side. The configuration data is stored only on the NMS side.So it won't work.

Hello there!!!
Thank you so much for your response, but I have got a different query.
Suppose there is one lambda from NE-1 to NE2 and other is NE-3 to NE-4.
Now I want to take the service from NE-1 to NE-4 via NE-2 and NE-3. If I create one virtual TTX board at NE-2 and another in NE-3 and  draw a Signal flow diagram and create service train from NE-1 to NE-4, will it carry the data?
