No. I mean an AP acting as a Wireless controller to other APs in a group.

Sorry for the confusion in the title page, it must be a Virtual AC within the AP.

Huawei ACs manage APs in real time. APs actively send Keepalive heartbeat messages to ACs. First packets are processed first. Management packets are forwarded over a CAPWAP tunnel.

I understand that huawei have Fat, Fit and cloud but in Fat, you need to configure each AP separately right? but they have different management web gui.

Does huawei have a plan where a single Fat AP can manage other Fat APs using a single Web GUI just like a virtual controller in other brands?

Huawie has concept of "Leader AP" where an AP can take a role of controller and another 5-7 APs can connect to it to get policies and relevant information.

what he means is a Virtual controller the same as Aruba offers. is there any option like that in Huawei?
usually with Aruba virtual controller, we can manage up to 128 AP's.
