Video wall: Has reached the maximum capacity of the decoder

When the customer pushes the video on the video wall, the IVS display has reached the maximum capacity of the decoder. The following is the solution.

Problem Description

When the customer pushes the video on the video wall,  the IVS display has reached the maximum capacity of the decoder.

Product type: VCN3010.DEC6108.

Version:V100R002C50SPC237(VCN), V100R002C30SPC201(DEC)

The decoder is connected to 6 outputs, And 16 screens per output.

Problem Analysis

1. The decoder has 8 HDMI outputs, but only 4 decoder chips. So the number of outputs reaches this resolution the most.
   

2. We checked the output resolution of the decoder through the background. And found the number of outputs reaches the max of the decoder chip.
   

Root Cause

The decoder reaches maximum capacity.

Solution Description

1. We can't change the resolution of the camera.

2. We changed the output of each HDMI to 8 panes.

3. After we change that, the image displays normally.
