Video Jitter on an HD Display

When the telepresence system is powered on, video jitter occurs from time to time on an HD display.

Step 1 Log in to the telepresence host web interface. Set the output of the problematic camera lens to the three HD displays.

Step 2 Perform either of the following:

If video jitter occurs only on the original HD display, the cable that connects the HD display to the telepresence host is faulty. In that case, replace the cable.
If video jitter occurs on all the three HD displays, the telepresence host is not correctly connected to the camera lens. In that case, go to step 3.

Step 3 Physically connect the problematic camera lens to any of the HD displays. Then perform either of the following:

If the issue persists, the camera lens is faulty. In that case, replace the camera lens.
If the issue is addressed, the video board on the telepresence host is faulty. In that case, replace the 9# video board.

Root Cause

The camera lens is malfunctioning.

The DVI cable connected to the HD display is affected by electromagnetic interference
