When the TC310 camera is used, the videos shown on the HD displays are split into upper and lower segments and the split segments are misaligned.

Step 1 Obtain the upgrade software and version compatibility table from Huawei Online Support Center for Enterprise (Support-E) at http://support.huawei.com/enterprise .

Step 2 Log in to the telepresence host web interface. Check the version compatibility against the version compatibility table.

If the telepresence device versions do not match, upgrade the devices.
If the versions match, go to step 3.

Step 3 Check whether the TC310 camera's version is C520V100R001C01B028. If so, upgrade it to C520V100R001C01B030.

Root Cause

The TC310 camera's version is C520V100R001C01B028, which does not function properly and is no longer delivered with new orders.
